I write mostly fantasy worlds where the women are various ages, including much older. However, in my stories, as in my life, liaisons usually have age differences. That's the thing--having a strong libido but not finding same-age partners, which I would prefer. I've been told by straight friends they have the same problem. Is it that older women are more inhibited, just too busy, or is it that far fewer of us older women (I'm in my 50s) retain our sex drive? Because my dating pool seems to start at 25 and end at 35.
